Hotel overview
Set in the heart of the Dolomites, this wellness hotel offers direct ski-in/ski-out access, making it an ideal base for winter sports lovers. Guests appreciate its clean, comfortable rooms and proximity to main lifts. While the spa facilities include a pool and sauna, some elements show signs of age. Dining is available nearby, requiring a short walk, yet the breakfast selection covers essentials to fuel active days.
Beyond skiing, the location serves well for exploring scenic alpine villages and mountain passes such as Val Gardena, Gardena Pass, and Seceda — each providing hiking, skiing, and stunning vistas. The staff receives consistent praise for being helpful and friendly, supporting smooth stays especially for larger groups. Practicality is key here, with easy access to local transit options and nearby airports within reasonable reach.
Though some travelers note the higher price point and limited in-room Wi-Fi, the overall experience suits those focused on outdoor activities and a straightforward yet cozy mountain retreat.

What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
Unico neo: ESTREMAMENTE caro! Cmq lo consiglio!”
“We had a large group of 23 people in their peak season. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were a big group of loud Americans and they treated us great. Breakfast was great to start the day of ski in/ski out from the hotel.”
“Pro 1. Clean 2. Prices 3. Ski in ski out! 4. Staff Against 1.Dinner at different hotel 2. No wifi in the rooms!”
